Whatman PLC's capital consists of 131,912,817 ordinary shares with voting rights. Whatman PLC does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Whatman PLC is 131,912,817.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Whatman PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
