Whatman FF membranes are plastic backed versions of the AE membrane.  FF membranes are constructed of 100% nitrocellulose with no treatments post-manufacture.  These plastic-backed membranes are ideal for lateral-flow assays that require faster wicking rates, and have all the benefits and features as the unbacked AE membranes.

Product Range and Properties

FF 60
Mylar cast membrane construction. A very fast wicking membrane for use with highly viscous samples.

FF 85
Mylar cast membrane construction. A general purpose membrane for use with most sample types.

FF 125
Mylar cast membrane construction. A plastic cast membrane that gives the strongest and sharpest capture lines for use with low- viscosity samples.

Available in 50m rolls of 25mm width, for other sizes please inquire.
