Rapid DNA purification with FTA® Technology
FTA Technology may be used for the quick and easy collection of plant DNA for genotyping studies. Take a leaf and press it to the card to transfer genetic material or homogenize a small amount of tissue in aqueous buffers for application to FTA. DNA can be stored at room temperature or purified for amplification analysis.
